Who pays what?
A management and rental company like us with experience in the local market should know and help you to set a strong and still competitive pricing structure during the whole year, individually for your property.
Advise: You should not only ask what the company commission is, You should most importantly ask what your income will be after commission, because that is the important part for as you as an owner or investor.

<..Fact. A short term rental company´s commission is calculated from the guest price in the same way as the booking channel fee and the amount left is paid out to the owner.We make it easy, We charge the guests, We handle the booking channel costs and pay out to You whats agreed always, without any changes.
Our default commission is 25%+ including IVA for a full service management with 24/7 guest availability.
Other things to note:
Mandatory: according to the law:
To register your guests at the Police / Guardia Civil we charge 70€ / year for the Application we use. Unlimited number of guests and bookings.
Option: Handling security deposits for the choosen deposit amount, tailored for your home.
